💖 Scripture of the Day:
“A new command I give you: Love one another.” — John 13:34
John 13–16 takes us into the heart of Jesus’ farewell teachings—intimate, tender, and overflowing with love. As He washes the disciples’ feet, predicts His betrayal, and speaks of His departure, Jesus prepares His followers for a life of abiding in Him even when He is no longer physically present. He gives the command to love as He loves, reveals Himself as the true Vine, and promises the Holy Spirit as their Helper, Comforter, and guide. These chapters draw us deeply into the relational heart of God and teach us how to live faithfully, joyfully, and courageously in His presence.
