September 13 – Today, Let’s talk about appreciation – What are 3 things that you appreciate about other people in your life? Celebrate them.
đź’– Scripture for the Day
“Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:11
Reflection
The Holy Spirit not only cultivates gratitude in our own hearts but also teaches us to express appreciation for others. When we recognize the good in people around us, we reflect God’s heart—because every gift and strength in them is a reflection of His grace.
Celebrating others doesn’t have to be complicated. It could be a word of encouragement, a thank-you note, or simply telling someone what you see in them that blesses you. These small acts carry great power because they build others up and strengthen community.
As you look around at the people God has placed in your life, pause to notice what you appreciate about them. Allow the Spirit to turn that appreciation into a celebration of God’s work through them.
Daily Practice
Write down three things you appreciate about people in your life—family, friends, or coworkers. Take a moment today to celebrate them by sending a message, making a call, or offering a word of thanks.

Lord, Thank You for surrounding me with people who reflect Your love in unique ways. Help me to notice the good in others and to celebrate it openly. May my words encourage, uplift, and point them to Your grace at work in their lives. Amen.
